Alberto Dell'Antonio's design for the "Rigi" property is an example of convertible architecture. It literally grows out of its natural environment and develops into a solitaire.

The access to the spacious garage and the entrance floor are endued by nature. The artificial slope merges seamlessly with the landscape. The living area is enthroned in a transparent fashion directly above the surface of the lake, whereas the sleeping area with its five to six bedrooms constitutes the crown. The roof garden with its pool seems to melt with the sky, offering an unobstructed view.

The center of the house is a three-story patio. Like a stage tower, it appears, depending on the individual wishes, in the light and in the shadow, with walls covered with pictures, closed or "open-hearted".
